- Products showing signs of damage due to misuse, improper installation, or tampering will not be eligible.

- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or external factors.
- Products with missing components or altered serial numbers.
- Requests made after the return window has expired.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If a product is received defective or damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is offered for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- Only the same product model will be replaced (subject to availability).
