1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, manuals, and invoice.
  • Products showing signs of damage due to misuse, improper installation, or tampering will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or external factors.
  • Products with missing components or altered serial numbers.
  • Requests made after the return window has expired.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product is received defective or damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is offered for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
  • Only the same product model will be replaced (subject to availability).

  3. Pack the product securely and ship it as instructed.
  4. Share the tracking details after dispatch.

7. Important Notes

  • Installation-based products (like fuel sensors or smart locks) should be handled carefully; improper installation voids eligibility.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
